After experiencing Family Constellation, seeing and feeling the healing process of old wounds and family patterns, through the simple, but powerful way of discovered truth, I knew deep in my heart that this is a tool I like to explore deeper.

I entered the training program in 2007, (again in 2011) and I received extensive training in Family, Nature, and Business Constellation under the right teacher for me, Francesca M. Boring. Francesca Mason Boring is Shoshone and enrolled with the Shoshone Paiute Tribes. An international author, teacher and facilitator she has contributed to the development of Nature Constellations, Community Constellations and Constellation as Ceremony.
At first, I only wanted to apply this process to assist nature to express and voice what otherwise isn’t acknowledged by the mass human consciousness.
But the knowing field had other plans for me and turned a nature constellation into a family constellation, telling me that I am supported and ready to be in service to the Ancestors of many different cultures and walks.
Originally Systemic Constellation as we know it today was developed by Bert Hellinger (Family Constellation), and it is a process that allows us to create the opportunity to gain insights into the hidden dynamics behind any issue.
I am very grateful to have been trained by Francesca, as she introduced us and applied her heritage way of the circle work to us. Her love to all ancestors and respect to the German man Bert Helling allowed me to move from regret to love.
Our science has caught up and acknowledges the passing of drama through the DNA to the next generation.
It seems the epigenetic are holding the drama until it is healed. Bruce Lipton is a very good source to understand
the epigenetics.

The process:
You felt the call deep from your heart, just follow your soul the rest will be provided.

The process is hard to describe. We meet in a group and fellow seekers. Alexandra will take the seeker into a different room for an interview away from the rest of the group to find the start and set up specific to your issues. This will ensure your privacy and ensures the pureness of the representatives. Anything that lays heavy on your soul and wants to be healed consciously or unconsciously can become the theme of your constellation.
After the interview we return to the circle and will set up the constellation with representatives. The seeker, you will become the witness. It is up to the knowing field, invited guides and ancestors of what is unfolding and revealed to you. This work is holographic and will address the issue on many levels.
Important: We do not analyze or discuss any of the dynamics that are coming up but rather leave room for the soul to move on its own pace!
It is not a therapy in the conventional way.
Past/other Life Constellation

Past (other) Lives Constellation helps you heal repetitive issues or patterns in your own personal life that result in self-sabotage, hurt and incapability of moving forward in your life.

Just as with Family Constellations, Alexandra helps guide you through recognizing and compassionately understanding the how’s and where’s behind behavioral patterns and entanglements that no longer serve you, yet up till now you’ve not been able to release.

Utilizing the wisdom and knowledge of your past/other life experience and the connection to your current life experiences, you are able to shift your perceptions.

From your soul you will receive clues and keys to unlock new understandings of how and where your problems have developed.

Different to the Family Constellation, Alexandra encourages you to contemplate your newly received understanding of self.
Nature Constellation

Nature Constellation enables us to have a ‘direct’ dialog with Nature and all that is connected to her.

In the past we have separated ourselves from Nature, but even that is an illusion as we ‘humans’ are part of Nature.

We can utilize this Constellation to consult nature with the ideas we have and receive the wisdom of Nature which knows what is supportive to All.

In a beautiful way we are being shown how our actions or no action, are affecting the environment we live in and live from.

Just like in any other Systemic Constellation, Alexandra facilitates the process of truly understanding the connection between all the elements that are at stake, individually and collectively.

Business Constellations are utilized to give you another ‘look’ at your business. They can give you insights, which assist you to make decision that benefit everyone involved.

Different to the family system, we can directly influence our decision in the organization. Everyone plays their part, but we are looking more at the business-position one holds, then rather the ‘person’ itself.

Alexandra has a way of holding circle that creates immediate sacred space. What I love the most is that she allows each person the dignity and honor of going through their own process without interference, yet, there is no mistaking that she is in complete command of the circle and has access to many healing tools to shift when required.
